3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
3.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
3.2. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a 50% charge of the session fee.
3.3. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
3.4. Clients may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the session, subject to availability.
3.5. In case of therapist cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or rescheduled session at no extra charge.
4. Payment & Pricing

6.2. Any inappropriate behavior, including requests for sexual services, will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and may be reported to authorities.

9. Gift Vouchers & Packages
9.1. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
9.2. Pre-paid massage packages must be used within the specified time frame, and unused sessions cannot be refunded.
9.3. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
10. Mobile Massage Terms
10.1. Mobile massage services are available within Orpington and selected London areas.
